Bryce attended dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. He was a graduate of Pocahontas County High School and attended Whites Chapel Church. He was born January 1, 1938, in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Harvey and Maxine (Miller) Williams.
